The course aims
The goal of this course is to get acquainted with entrepreneurship and its meaning for the economic environment and the entrepreneurial process
Content
Content of the course is focused on the startup and planning of an entrepreneurial venture, the development of a business plan and marketing, sales, accounting, financial and managerial aspects of entrepreneurship that are important for realization, commercial exploitation and development of the enterprise.

Minimum learning outcomes

  1. Describe basic financial and legal aspects in entrepreneurship.
  2. To explain the content of business plan and strategic analysis.
  3. To explain the concept of marketing and basic marketing activities in entrepreneurship.
  4. To explain most important rules of success in sales.
  5. To acknowledge financial reports and elements influencing company’s financial conditions.
  6. To define elements and process of business managing and exporting.
